Domestic Shipping (within India)
1. All shipping within India is free of cost.
2.Instock orders are dispatched in 4 to 7 working days and backorders are dispatched within 3 weeks through a trusted courier service.
3. A tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
4. Click here for a list of PIN Codes that we ship to, for cash on delivery (COD).
5. For COD orders above Rs. 20,000/-, the order may be split into multiple shipments.
6. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a Rs. 2000 prepayment is mandatory. There will be one delivery attempt made. If the delivery attempt fails, and we are unable to contact you, or you refuse to pay the full amount to our deilvery agent, your order will be canceled without a refund.
7. We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.
8. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

International Shipping

Note: International shipments
sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an
order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the
customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier
company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state
the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges
vary widely between states and countries.

International shipping is charged on the volumetric weight of each order (displayed during checkout), irrespective of the location of the country.

Please note that our shipments are made door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. The courier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look out for such correspondence.

have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or
