Shipping & Handling
Domestic Shipping (within India)

• All shipping within India is free of cost.
• In stock orders are dispatched in 4 to 7 working days and backorders are dispatched within committed dates through a trusted courier service.
• Tracking details will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
• Pin Codes which we are able to deliver COD Orders are available on the website
• Multiple items for COD orders above Rs.20,000/-, may be split into multiple shipments
• We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to order multiple items for more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.
• We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

International Shipping
International shipments sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries.

• Tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.
• International shipping is charged on the volumetric weight of each order (displayed during checkout), irrespective of the location of the country.
• Please note that our shipments are made door-to-door only hence we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
• The courier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look out for such correspondence.
• We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to order multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.

Force Majeure
Lovetobag shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the performance of its obligations where such delay or failure arises from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These events may include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, governmental actions or restrictions, changes in laws or regulations, labor strikes or industrial disputes, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, shortages of materials, power outages, or technical and system failures.
In such circumstances, Lovetobag obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and Lovetobag shall make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable. If you would like, I can also combine this with a Limitation of Liability clause into a stronger legal protection section for your Terms & Conditions.


Returns & Exchange Policy
At Lovetobag, each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked to ensure it meets our luxury standards. As part of our commitment to maintaining product integrity, all sales are final.
Customers are advised to carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and measurements before placing an order. Lovetobag does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off the rack nor on made to order pieces.

Repair Policy:
Lovetobag offers a 3-Month Repair Policy from the date of delivery, reflecting our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Within this period, select repairs covering manufacturing-related concerns may be provided free of charge, subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

The following repairs will involve charges, depending on the nature and extent of the issue:
• Frame replacement or structural damage
• Chain or strap replacement
• Closure or lock mechanism issues
• Zip repair or replacement
• Customization requests or modifications
• Damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear, or external impact

For repair services, the return shipping cost to Lovetobag shall be borne by the customer. Upon completion of the repair, the forward shipping charges for sending the repaired product back to the customer shall be borne by Lovetobag.

Refund Policy
Lovetobag have defines non-refundable Policy. Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, the transaction is considered final, binding, and non-reversible. Lovetobag processes payments through independent third-party payment gateways and authorized financial institutions, including banks, credit card providers, UPI services, and digital wallets and Partially COD.
Refunds or reversals will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
A failed transaction where payment is debited but no order confirmation is generated. A technical error during payment processing. In such cases, any refund shall be processed solely by the respective payment provider or bank in accordance with their policies and timelines. Lovetobag shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways.
